Drink 8oz-16oz of water before every meal. (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). What this will do is fill you up so that you are not in danger of over-eating. It will also "remind" you that you are trying to lose weight and eat healthier, and it will take the place of those sodas, juices and other liquid calories.
Ice please!! Drink your water cold! When you drink cold water, your body has to use calories to bring the water to your body's temperature. You burn calories, just by drinking cold water!! Now, this isn't a TON of calories, but hey... a calorie is a calorie, right! And they add up over time.

I really like it.
I agree with most of it, except that we should drink cold water. The reason to drink it is to absorb it into our body. In case when water is cold, our body needs to heat it before it will be absorbed in the colon. Thus, drinking the body temp water would be the best solution.
